IN-EXAM ROOM APPOINTMENTS
If you are feeling sick, displaying symptoms of any contagious illness disease, we ask that you have a healthy family member bring your pet to their appointment.
You may check in for your pet's appointment by:
Entering our lobby to check-in with our front desk Customer Service Representatives.
We also ask that you complete your pet'shistory/exam questions sent to you via text or online prior to the appointment time to help us expedite your visit! For New Clients, please complete our Welcome Sheetprior to your appointment time for your ACAH account set up. Otherwise, please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment time to fill out your paperwork.
If extensive testing or therapies are needed for a pet beyond their exam, we may ask you to either return to the lobby to wait for results or to admit/drop off your pet for the remainder of the day as well as leave a deposit for what services we have already performed and are about to perform as agreed upon with your signed diagnostic/treatment estimate.
We are continuing to offer curbside services for clients who wish to participate even after the COVID-19 pandemic. We do ask all clients and team members to continue to follow current CDC guidelines concerning any contagious illness / diseases.
CURBSIDE SERVICES

If you can not, then when you arrive at the hospital, please pull into one of the four curbside parking spots, conveniently located in front of the flag pole.
Have your curbside parking spot # ready and what vehicle you're driving (make, model, and color.)
If your pet is here for any type of veterinarian exam, we ask that you complete your pet's history/exam questions that was texted to you or online prior to their appointment time to help us expedite your visit! A technician or customer service rep will then come out to retrieve your pet for their appointment or check you out for your medication/ food refills, if you choose curbside for your visit.
In 2020, we began offering limited home deliveries, upon request, for medication and food refills and an online pharmacy! Please take advantage of home delivery by calling or texting the office at 270-384-6113or select 'in-house refill' below and specify home delivery. Direct shipping and auto-shipping of products is available from our online pharmacy!
All payment for rendered services is due at the time a patient is picked up, checked out, or discharged from the animal hospital. A deposit may be collected at the time of drop-off for any surgery, extensive therapy or testing. A deposit(s) will be collected immediately forafter-hour emergency visits.
