Client Loyalty Reward Program

Effective December 31st, 2022:

We will be discontinuing our Loyalty Rewards Program.  Any $25 Loyalty Rewards earned from Loyalty Points before this time will be honored and remain on your ACAH account until they are used, as long as you remain an Established Client.**

​We LOVE rewarding loyal clients who choose Adair County Animal Hospital & Laser Surgery Center time and time again for all their pet's health care needs!
*Reward Program Rules, Requirements, and Qualifications:
​+ Every $100 spent = 1 Loyalty Point (before taxes and any applicable processing fees.) 

+ Invoices must be paid in full at the time of check out in order to receive any Loyalty Points for that invoice.

+ New Clients can only receive a maximum of 2 Points for their first visit's invoice.

+ Any points earned will automatically be added to your Loyalty Point balance by us and into our in-house tracker on the next business day. Loyalty Points are not retroactive beyond this point. Please be sure to enroll or re-enroll in our ACAH Client Loyalty Reward Program before you check out on the day of your visit.

+ Once you acquire 10 Loyalty Points, a $25 credit will automatically be applied to your Adair County Animal Hospital account on the following business day. This credit is not redeemable for cash but is redeemable to use towards any in-house product or service as long as you remain an Established Client.**

+ Another option:  You may elect instead to donor your $25 account credit towards our Angel Fund-- a fund designated specifically for pet owners who have exhausted all other financial avenues and are unable to afford their pet's emergency and or extended hospitalized veterinary care.  The entire staff votes on which case(s) any portion of the funds can be used towards.

+ Loyalty Points expire each year on December 31st and will reset back to 0 each January 1st.

+ Up until July 1st, 2021, we will still be offering and honoring the old loyalty rewards system of 16 stamps equaling a $100 ACAH account credit.  If you are currently close to obtaining 16 stamps, we highly encourage you to come in for products and or services to help you reach a full 16 by June 30th to utilize this system.  Up to 10 previously earned loyalty stamps will be grandfathered into the new loyalty reward system starting on July 1st.  If you currently have a $100 account credit it will be grandfathered in as well as long as you remain an Established Client.**

**Established Clients are clients who have actively brought their pet(s) in for a exam performed by the veterinarian within the last 18 months.
