A deposit of approximately $450 will be required to cover these base fees. An estimate for further treatments and or services will be provided after the veterinarian evaluates the patient. Our on-call emergency veterinary assistants are not permitted to give medical advise. Instead, they will be asking specific questions needed to triage your pet's current health situation only. If your pet is triaged as life-threatening, the on-call emergency veterinary assistant(s) will call in the emergency veterinarian.
All patients seen on after-hours emergency will be required to be admitted to the hospital and hospitalized overnight.
If your pet has NOT been seen at our hospital by one of our veterinarians within the last 12 months or you have another routine veterinarian, we will be happy to see you on a case by case basis. Emergency fees are not discounted for non-established clients.
