IN-EXAM ROOM APPOINTMENTS

If you are feeling sick, displaying symptoms of any contagious illness disease, we ask that you have a healthy family member bring your pet to their appointment.

You may check in for your pet's appointment by:
  • Entering our lobby to check-in with our front desk Customer Service Representatives.

We also ask that you complete your pet's history/exam questions sent to you via text or online prior to the appointment time to help us expedite your visit!  For New Clients, please also complete our Welcome Sheet prior to your appointment time for your ACAH account set up.

If extensive testing or therapies are needed for a pet beyond their exam, we may ask you to either return to the lobby to wait for results or to admit/drop off your pet for the remainder of the day as well as leave a deposit for what services we are performing.
