Our on-call emergency veterinary technicians are not permitted to give medical advise. Instead, they will be asking specific questions needed to triage your pet's current health situation only. If your pet is triaged as life-threatening, the on-call emergency veterinary technician(s) will call in the emergency veterinarian. All pets seen on emergency will be hospitalized overnight at the very least.
All pet owner's who did not wish to bring their pet in on an overnight emergency, are welcome to bring their pet in at 8am on the next business day to be worked into our daily schedule and seen by a veterinarian.
