Have your pet's teeth checked sooner than later if you observe any of the following problems:
  • bad breath

AFTER

Once your pet’s teeth are clean, routine dental care at home will help maintain oral health and minimize the need for professional dental cleanings to no more than once a year.

GOOD option: a daily dental *enzymatic* chew, such as C.E.T. HEXtra or C.E.T. IntelliDent Chews.

BETTER option: a daily water additive with probiotics to control bad breath and plaque, like AquaDent.

BEST option: Tooth brushing daily with pet-safe *enzymatic* toothpaste. (We have training kits available!)

Our veterinarians recommend that all pet's have their teeth brushed daily using pet-safe toothpaste. While nothing beats regular brushing, oral rinses, dental diets, and dental treats with enzymes and antiseptics can help reduce the bacteria and plaque that lead to tartar formation. We have a variety of at home daily dental care options available in-house that are guaranteed!

No matter what daily care option you choose, be consistent and see your veterinarian regularly for wellness check ups-- which include a peek at the teeth. Remember early diagnosis and treatment are the best defense against serious dental disease and medical conditions involving vital organs.
