Ongoing wellness care and prevention of health problems are very important to ensuring that your pet leads a long, healthy life. At Adair County Animal Hospital, pet exams and vaccinations are recommended at least once per year for pets of all ages. Depending on your fur babies life stage and physical condition, more visits may be recommended.

Puppy Wellness Plan

Routine Spay or Neuter Packages Includes:
  • Pre-anesthetic examination
  • IV catheter and fluids

  • Vital sign monitoring
  • Surgical procedure with laser
  • Post-operative laser therapy
  • Single dose of Capstar
PLANS CAN BE PERSONALIZED BY ADDING ADDITIONAL SERVICES SPECIFIC TO YOUR DOG'S NEEDS.

Restrictions:
  • Plan is non-transferable.
  • Plan benefits are NOT retroactive and cannot be applied to past visits.
  • An appointment must be scheduled for benefits to be used.
  • Examination copay fee is due at the time of service.
  • Additional discounts apply to eligible non-plan items only and cannot be used with other promotions and/or discounts.
  • Additional costs may apply to nail trim in the event the patient needs sedation.
  • Four to six monthly payments must have been completed before the pre-surgical bloodwork and or routine spay/neuter surgery package benefit can be used from a Pampered Plan.
  • If patient is in heat, pregnant or cryptorchid at the time of surgery, additional fees will apply.
  • Spays and neuters are required to receive pain medication at additional cost.
