Our lobby is currently closed to the public due to the pandemic.  We are utilizing client vehicles as waiting rooms.

CURBSIDE SERVICES & CHECK-IN

  • ​If you are feeling sick or displaying symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you have a healthy family member bring your pet to their appointment or utilize our telemedicine services.
  • When you arrive at the hospital, please call or text us at 270-384-6113 to check-in.  ​
    • Have your parking spot # ready and what vehicle you're driving.​​
  • A technician or customer service rep will then come out to retrieve your pet for their appointment or check you out for your medication/ food refills.  
  • Even with curbside services, we ask that all clients please wear a mask covering both your nose and mouth, if you are medically able, when speaking and interacting with our staff outside.  All team members will be wearing masks.
  • ​We ask that everyone keep 6 feet apart to keep our clients and team members safe.  This includes clients waiting outside during the appointment. ​
  • We also ask that you fill out your pet's history/exam questions online prior to the appointment time to help us expedite your visit!

LIMITED IN-EXAM ROOM APPOINTMENTS

As of April 2021, with the improvement of COVID-19 infection rates in our local area, we are beginning to slowly reopen our hospital to clients.  Our lobby remains closed however.  At this time, on a very limited basis, we are strategically scheduling in-exam room appointments for clients who wish to remain with their pet(s) during their exam.  Only one client may enter per appointment; even with multiple pets or grouped appointments.  Any client unable to adhere to the following will be asked to instead participate via curbside only services.

​In-exam room appointment requirements & procedure:

+ Please call us ahead of time to coordinate and schedule you for an in-exam room appointment.

+ When you arrive, text or call the hospital to check-in via curbside.

+ Your vehicle will be utilized as the waiting room.

+ You must be able to wear a mask over both your nose and mouth at all times to enter the building.

+ A technician or customer service representative will collect ONE client and the patient(s) and escort them to a specific exam room.

+ You must remain in your specific exam room at all times unless escorted by a team member.

+ You must also remain in your seat at all times when a team member is present in the exam room.

+ If extensive testing or therapies are needed for a pet beyond their exam, we may ask you to either return to your vehicle to wait for results or to admit/drop off your pet for the remainder of the day.

+ Check-out will be completed either in the exam room or once you have returned to your vehicle curbside.

+ We will be completely sanitizing the entire exam room between in-exam appointments and strategic scheduling will allow us to do so in combination with providing care to other clients/patients in a timely manner.

TELEHEALTH

Virtual visits are available to all clients.  Consultations can be provided via text and / or video chat via Medici.

HOME DELIVERY

During COVID-19 we began offering limited home deliveries, upon request, for medication and food refills and an online pharmacy!  Please take advantage of home delivery by calling or texting the office at 270-384-6113 or the in-house refill below and specify home delivery.  Also available for direct home delivery and auto-shipping are products from our online pharmacy!

PAYMENT

All payment for rendered services is due at the time a patient is picked up or discharged from the animal hospital.  Payment will be taken over the phone unless paying by check or cash.
