COVID-19 Policies and Procedures:
Our lobby is currently closed to the public.
If you are feeling sick or displaying symptoms of COVID-19,we ask that you have a healthy family member bring your pet to their appointment.
Even with curbside-only services, we ask that all clients please wear a mask covering both your nose and mouth, if you are medically able, when speaking and interacting with our staff outside. All staff members will be wearing masks.
We ask that everyone keep 6 feet apart to keep our clients and team members safe. This includes clients waiting outside during the appointment.
CURBSIDE SERVICES & CHECK-IN
When you arrive at the hospital, please call or text us at 270-384-6113 to check-in. A technician or customer service rep will then come out to retrieve your pet for their appointment or check you out for your medication/ food refills.
Virtual visits are available to all clients. Consultations can be provided via text and / or video chat via Medici. To utilize this service, please download the Medici app through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Once you download the app, you can find us by using the code: VXTMWQMDPG
