All pets boarding with us are required to be up to date on vaccinations.
Please see the required list on the Registration Form page.
If vaccines were given at a different hospital or clinic, you must bring proof they were given by a licensed veterinarian at the time of check in or earlier. Also required is a negative fecal flotation within the last 6 months. Exams and vaccinations can be given during the time of stay if necessary. (Please see options below.)

Monday- Friday only. Pets must to checked into the hospital between 8am and 8:45am to allow ample time for any pre-surgical blood screenings and surgery preparations. Due to Kentucky State law requiring annual rabies vaccinations, proof of a rabies vaccination given within the last year by a licensed veterinarian is required or one will administered for you.
